queries through calls, chats, emails, and other channels. You will either
resolve the issue directly or forward it to the appropriate team for further
action. This role requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and a
problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond
to user queries through calls, chats, emails, and web requests
- Identify
and resolve issues related to software and basic hardware
- Record
all issues and requests in the system properly
- Escalate
complex problems when required
- Maintain
good communication with users and ensure satisfaction
- Stay
updated with ongoing issues and system changes
- Work in
a flexible shift environment as the team operates 24×7
Required Skills:
- Good
communication and listening skills
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving ability
- Basic
knowledge of computers, internet, and applications
- Familiarity
with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability
to understand and explain technical issues in a simple way
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc /
B.Com / BCA / Diploma holders
- 0–2
years of experience
