Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
Handling Aadhaar enrolment and update services
Verifying documents submitted by residents
Capturing biometric data (fingerprints, iris scan, photograph)
Assisting citizens with Aadhaar corrections and updates
Maintaining proper records and following UIDAI guidelines
Providing respectful and professional service to the public
Ensuring data accuracy and security
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Age Requirement
Candidate must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
✅ Educational Qualification (Any One Required)
12th Pass (Intermediate / Senior Secondary)
OR10th Pass + 2 Years ITI
OR10th Pass + 3 Years Polytechnic Diploma
✅ Mandatory Certification
Candidate must hold a valid Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Certificate issued by a UIDAI-authorized testing and certifying agency.
✅ Skills Required
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to operate biometric devices
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of document verification
Responsible and disciplined work attitude
Salary / Remuneration
Salary will be paid according to the minimum wages fixed by the respective state government for semi-skilled workers.
No additional allowances are guaranteed unless specified by the organization.
Certification & Examination Process
To become eligible for this position, candidates must complete the required certification process.
1️⃣ Aadhaar Supervisor Exam
Candidates must apply and appear for the Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator exam through the official portal:

Register and apply for the exam.
An authorization request will be sent to the State Team.
After approval, you will be eligible to appear for the examination.
2️⃣ Aadhaar LMS Certification
After receiving your LMS ID and password, you must complete the LMS certification.

This certification is mandatory before starting work at Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
Who Cannot Apply
VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs) are not eligible for this position.
