About the Aspire Program:
The ICICI Bank Aspire Program is designed to nurture freshers with potential and transform them into skilled Relationship Managers (RMs). The program is rooted in the bank’s value system of “Seva Bhav” – a culture that emphasizes humility, empathy, professionalism, and customer-first thinking.
This role focuses primarily on Relationship Management, which means you’ll be the face of the bank for customers – helping them with their banking needs, offering financial advice, and building strong long-term relationships.
The program begins with an intensive 2-month classroom training, followed by placement in sales and relationship roles across different locations in India. These roles will involve fieldwork, customer interaction, travel, and a continuous focus on meeting customer needs with appropriate banking products.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the ICICI Aspire Program, you must:

✔️ Be a Graduate or Engineer from any discipline (Postgraduate or MBA freshers are also welcome)

✔️ Have 60% or above in both 10th grade and Graduation

✔️ Be below 25 years of age at the time of applying
