About the Role:
As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, your main role will be to support the Customer Success team by improving processes, managing data, and providing useful insights. You will work closely with teams like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure smooth operations and better customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage reports and dashboards for key business metrics
- Maintain accurate data across systems like CRM and other platforms
- Analyze trends to improve customer retention and growth
- Support decision-making by sharing insights with leadership
- Improve and standardize processes such as onboarding, renewals, and customer tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or related field
- Experience or interest in operations, analytics, or similar roles
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with data and handle multiple tasks
