About the Role – Full-Stack Intern
Rostrum Education is seeking a Full-Stack Development Intern who can work independently and confidently. This is not a typical internship where you assist senior engineers; instead, you will be directly responsible for building and maintaining real products such as their Learning Management System (LMS) and the company’s primary website.
You will be given guidance from the product and operations teams, but the technical execution—from architecture to deployment—will be driven by you. Therefore, strong hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js is essential.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack Intern, you will:

Build and develop a fully functional Learning Management System and company website using React.js, Node.js, and modern full-stack frameworks.

Manage both frontend and backend workflows to ensure smooth user experience, fast loading times, and stable performance.

Work independently across planning, development, testing, and deployment stages of the product lifecycle.

Create scalable APIs, build authentication features, and integrate third-party services whenever required.

Ensure mobile responsiveness, maintain SEO standards, and implement industry-standard security best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine features and understand user needs.

Document code, maintain project clarity, and participate in discussions around product direction, sprints, and improvements.

Requirements
To apply for this position, you should:

Be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier institute like IIT, NIT, IIIT, or equivalent.

Have strong hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Understand frontend state management tools such as Redux or Context API.

Be comfortable working with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Have experience deploying applications on platforms like AWS, Vercel, Render, or DigitalOcean.

Preferred Skills
Although not mandatory, experience in the following areas will be a bonus:
