Role Overview
As a Software Development Engineer I, you will work with a talented team of engineers and report to the Senior Manager of Software Development. The role is highly suited for freshers and early-career professionals with up to three years of experience who are eager to continue learning and honing their technical skills.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Focus on learning and enhancing your engineering skills by understanding company tools, systems, and processes.

Build core development habits such as understanding version control, using IDEs, and following testing best practices.

Work on smaller tasks that are part of bigger projects, ensuring timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.

Develop a solid understanding of at least one core component of ShipBob’s technical architecture.

What You Bring

0–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
