Job Role: Technical Program Manager
Groww is currently hiring a Technical Program Manager
to handle and lead infrastructure-related projects. This is a senior-level role
suited for someone with strong technical expertise, cloud platform knowledge
(especially GCP), and proven experience in program/project management.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project and Program Management
- Create
clear, detailed plans for infrastructure projects
- Track
progress, manage timelines, and deliver results within deadlines and
budgets
- Handle
risks and communicate regularly with teams and stakeholders
✅ Technical Oversight
- Improve
the performance and reliability of systems using Google Cloud Platform
(GCP) tools
- Ensure
all systems follow security and compliance standards
✅ Stakeholder Management
- Communicate
goals and updates with different teams and leadership
- Balance
project priorities by negotiating with various stakeholders
✅ Process and Security Improvement
- Use
tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize
infrastructure
- Manage
access controls using GCP IAM and handle incident response for technical
issues
✅ Vendor Management
- Coordinate
with third-party service providers and GCP
- Negotiate
and manage service agreements effectively
Who Can Apply?
Education:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications
like PMP or PMI-ACP are a plus
Experience:
- Minimum
4 years of experience in managing technical programs, especially
infrastructure projects
- Experience
with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred
Skills:
- Knowledge
of GCP tools like Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes
- Familiarity
with tools like Jira, MS Project, and project management methodologies
like Agile/Scrum
- Strong
communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
