Role Overview:
As an Operations Analyst, your main job will be to support daily operations related to managing healthcare provider data. You’ll be working with different internal teams and clients to process information, handle documentation, and ensure all records are accurate. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in operations, research, and coordination while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Research rules and regulations related to medical licenses and certifications in the U.S.

Help complete applications on behalf of healthcare professionals for licenses or insurance enrollments.

Review and verify data for accuracy on internal platforms.

Communicate with healthcare providers or clients through email to collect required information.

Assist in new client onboarding and support project implementation.

Prepare clear documentation and summary reports based on your research.

Contribute to additional team projects as required.
Who Can Apply:
