About the Role
Join Apport Software Solutions Private Limited as a Customer Support Intern and work directly with our clients from the comfort of your home! You’ll provide top-notch support, build strong relationships, and help clients succeed. Your excellent English skills, both written and spoken, will be key in communicating effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Assist clients with product onboarding and troubleshooting through various channels.
 - Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy with our services and offer additional support as needed.
 - Team Collaboration: Work with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and drive improvements.
 - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to the team.
 - Sales Opportunities: Identify chances to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
 - Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
 - Customer Experience: Seek ways to improve the customer experience and exceed expectations.
 
Who Can Apply

 - Are available for a duration of 6 months.
