About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the organization’s data engineering team. Your main responsibility will be to work with various departments like Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to use data for smarter decision-making. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve both internal operations and patient outcomes.
You will:
- Develop analytical solutions for internal teams and external customers.
- Work with large datasets—collecting, cleaning, and organizing them for meaningful analysis.
- Build statistical models to identify patterns and trends.
- Present findings through visual reports and dashboards using tools like Metabase.
- Collaborate with teams to create data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Support customer success teams with data and reporting needs.
- Contribute to improving and maintaining reliable data pipelines.

What You Need to Succeed:
To qualify for this position, you should have:
