💼 About the Role: Jr. Onboarding Analyst (KYC/AML Compliance)
Aspire’s Operations Team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth customer onboarding. As a Jr. Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for verifying customer information and ensuring compliance with financial regulations like Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ KYC/AML Compliance: Ensure all client records meet regulatory requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
✔️ Customer Documentation: Verify documents submitted by customers and ensure they meet compliance standards.
✔️ Data Accuracy: Review collected data for completeness and correctness, flagging any discrepancies.
✔️ Customer Communication: Reach out to customers for missing documents or additional verification as needed.
✔️ Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Conduct deeper verification for high-risk clients.
✔️ Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about new AML/KYC regulations and adapt to changing compliance requirements.
This role is crucial in ensuring that Aspire maintains the highest security and compliance standards while providing a seamless onboarding experience to customers.
🔎 Who Can Apply?
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with strong academic records.
✔️ 0-2 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related fields (Freshers are welcome to apply!).
✔️ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
✔️ Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for compliance.
✔️ Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends (Gurugram-based role).
💡 Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures in financial institutions is a plus.
✔️ Passionate about FinTech and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
